2 - Learn to Love Exercise

Becoming and regular exerciser is one of the most common traits amongst people who have lost weight and kept it off.

You can transform yourself from an exercise loather to an exercise lover... but it's not by using any of the traditional methods that most personal trainers or exercise experts advocate.  In fact, although I am a personal trainer myself, I rarely - if ever - use the methods I learnt in personal training school because they just don't work for people who naturally don't like exercise!

Why Do I Offer Private Coaching?

Some people ask me why I do coaching at such a modest investment considering everything else I have going on.

The main reason is that I enjoy it! And I mean really, really enjoy it!

If you talk to my clients they’ll tell you how much passion and positivity I inject into each and every session. I actually love teaching people. I really just stopped being a teacher because I felt I could do it standing on my head with my eyes closed and I wanted a new challenge. But, as one of my former students said to me, “really you are still teaching – it’s just different subject matter!”

So you know, while it’s great to hear how my books and products and online programs help people… there’s nothing like actually being a regular part of a person’s journey to transform their lives.

Secondly, it helps me keep my hand in. It allows me to see the unique challenges each person has so I can make better products in the future and address new issues that arise in weight loss or performance because of new technologies and products that come onto the marketplace.

How Does Coaching Work?

Coaching happens over the phone or Skype… whichever you prefer.  If you are in Brisbane, in personal consultations can also be arranged.

48 hours prior to the call you also have the option to send me an email with your questions, challenges and anything else you’d like to cover together so I can prepare anything needed for the call.

Or we can just jump on the phone and figure out what’s holding you back right now.

This session is designed to answer specific weight loss question/s or for an individualised supermarket tour or exercise engagement session.


Each package includes a host of extras such as Platinum Love Your Weight Loss membership, email support and additional ad-hoc phone support if required.

I’m the type of coach who gives, gives, gives. So the more you put in, the more you will get out (of both me and yourself).

I find this semi-formal structure ensures our combined interests are aligned and in-sync. Because it incentivizes you to put in the ‘extra work’ to ensure the advice you get from me actually works, everyone actually ends up achieving better results and is a whole lot happier as a result.

No Long-Term Contracts Or Commitments Required

This program obviously isn’t for everyone.

You can see that I don’t hide my price and try to get you on the phone for the hard sell.

The truth is, coaching is just a small part of my business and I don’t do it for the money.

The investment is really there to make sure you’re serious about getting results.

But there are no long term commitments and you and I both have a mutual option to cancel at any time.

However since I can’t get my time back… there are no refunds for my coaching.

How Long Will It Take
To Get Results?

That’s a hard question because everyone is starting at a different point in their life.

I recommend you plan for at least several months of coaching when you sign up.

Despite what the marketers will tell you… success is rarely an overnight thing.

So this program is for highly motivated people who want to put in the work to create the life they desire.
